This tool is a necessity for any gardener. It's so easy to use and gets rid of a lot of weed seedlings quickly. It's very sturdy and tough, easy to set up, and doesn't have a bunch of moment in the head, which is awesome. I feel like I will get many years of use from this. Great quality, great price!

Have always wanted a hula hoe, just never thought to actually get myself one. My father-in-law has one and I've coveted it for years. I would always invite him over and say, bring your hula hoe. Now I don't have to have him bring it. I have my own hula hoe. This item is very sturdy so far. I feel the quality is quite good. We're renovating our landscape and I've been using this to scrape out and loosen some dirt and weeds. It's working like a charm.

I own this weed-pulling tool and it is my favorite! It is so easy to use, and I didn't even have to bend down. It slices through the weeds with ease, and I just rake and bag them. It's strong and sturdy, and was easy to put together. The price was great, too! This tool is so much easier on my back, and I totally recommend it!!

Three pieces, screw them together, and you're ready to go tear up the yard. It feels pretty sturdy and and the hoe has a little bit of a tapered/sharp edge that makes mincemeat out of grass and weeds.The hollow design really makes it easy to cut the roots, but easily slide over , so dirt doesn't build up and slow down the hoe.I'm 5'8" and the 45" is a little small for me. It does have a good amount of weight in the head, which helps to dig down into the dirt, maybe slightly heavier that a normal shovel, but just barely.It comes with a pair of wrenches, not sure why, since the head was already attached out of the box. Makes me wonder how often the head is going to come loose if they felt the need to include the wrenches. Only time will tell.

This is my favorite kind of hoe for weeding and clearing flower beds. I like the way the square metal head slides under the surface and cuts the weeds' roots. This is a very practical tool.Also, I love the handle. It has a larger diameter than I expected, and it's made of short sections of threaded hollow metal that screw together. I wish that all my tools had metal handles like this. If they did, I wouldn't need to replace them so often! I got the shortest handle, and with hindsight, the middle size might have been more practical (as it extends your reach more), but I am still happy with this tool.

I love the double-action of this hula-hoe type hoe. It's so easy you can just weed the topmost layer of the soil with very little effort. It can also go deeper, creating soft garden beds, or helping to prepare a planting bed for new plants. The tool is very sturdy and I would expect it to last several seasons at the very least, if not even longer! You provide your own handle, which is easy and even a bonus for you because you can choose the kind of handle you prefer! Wood, fiberglass, metal, it works with all of them.

My husband is 6'2" tall, and he has adopted this tool for his own. After using a number of times over the past month, I asked for his assessment. This is what he told me:"The hoe tool itself is fairly well constructed and it seems to hold up well to repetitive abuse. The feature whereby the blade wiggles back and forth works ok, but doesn't move too much. It's a barely perceptible wiggle. The blade is sharp enough and doesn't dull too quickly.Although I'm not a fan of these handles that need to be screwed together, this one works ok to stay in one piece. However, I'm over six feet tall and this handle is way too short.It will be worth it to replace the handle with something more substantial made of fiberglass or hard wood."There you have it, folks! 5-star tool on a 3-star handle, so that averages out to 4 stars for this thing. If anything unusual changes over time as it's used regularly, I'll come back here to update.

This hula hoe designed garden hoe is great for taking care of weeds that grow in garden beds.It is very sturdily designed with a comfortable handle and at a length that makes it easy to use. I find that I can remain upright when using this and don't have to stoop or reach out too far to get it to work.The hoe end is very well crafted and rock solid on the handle, held in place by two bolts. This tool is made to work well and to last forever.
