I really wanted a new chair for my office so ordered this when I saw it. First off, it's very heavy and decently sturdy (except the foot rest or whatever that small thing is supposed to be, more later). The chair itself as an office chair is extremely lacking in lumbar and a moveable headrest. My son and I built the chair in about 25 minutes or so and didn't experience any difficulty assembling it (I didn't grab another allen wrench so we only used the one that came with... so in reality my son built the chair and I supervised : ). The chair comes with all the parts, bolts and the wrench needed to build it.Three different ones of us sat in the chair and tried out the vibration (and yes it's only vibration, it's not a massage) and heat. I will say if you're just leaning back and have somewhere like a desk or something to kick your feet up on it's pretty nice; the heat feels great (probably the best feature tbh). Adjustability is a tad lacking; the height adjustment is fine and works ok, I typically sit fairly low and since I worked for over a decade as a computer programmer I always had expesnive chairs with great lumbar support. That's one of the biggest things this chair is lacking is lumbar support. There's no way I could spend 8 hours a day in this chair so personally I wanted to rate it 2 or 3 stars. My son and I are both 6'2" and we both agree if you're a bit shorter like my wife (5'3") it's probably a better chair, though still lacking lumbar support. For laying back and lounging it's fine but come on, are you really going to get an office chair just for lounging? It's a sharp looking color on the chair, no issues there. My son thought it was a decent office chair as did my wife; my wife gives it 5 stars, my son gives it 4 stars and I'd be more of a 3 star guy on this one. So I'm splitting the difference and going with 4 stars. For me it would need a headrest that moves or adjusts for better ergonomics and the foot rest thingy is too narrow and not long enough or somthing... I'm just not sure what you're actually supposed to do with that but that might once again be better for a short person; my wife didn't try it out.Lastly just to mention, should be obvious but if you want the features you do need to plug it in. Also, their pictures say "back massage, neck massage etc..." that's just not true... vibration is not the same as massage. You're not going to walk away from this chair like you just came from a parlor.

Let me start off by saying that this is a very solid and durable chair. It is easy to adjust the height and recline and it comes with "massage" and heat options if you can have a place to plug it in. It's not battery operated. With that being said, the "massage" is not really a massage, it's a vibrating option. Yes, it can be sort of relaxing or it can be sort of annoying. The heat part of it is really nice though. I have a finished basement with my home office in there and it always stays a little cool. The heat part of the chair not only keeps me feeling more comfortable but is soothing on my back. I am about 240lbs and this chair very easily supports me with no flexing or wobbling from the base when I recline or roll around. I love that the arm rests will swivel and move with the back when you recline. The wheels are smooth and feel like they are sturdy enough to handle my weight plus more easily. The product description says that it will support 400lbs and I believe it. Assembly was pretty straight forward with easy to follow instructions. The only tool needed is included along with the hardware. Full unboxing and assembly took me around 30 min. by myself. I only wish that this chair has some sort of adjustable lumbar support and then it would have gotten 5 stars. It is prices very reasonably for the overall quality of the chair. The footrest thing is ok but I never use it and I'm not basing my review on it. I love the all black color that goes well with my desk and other furnishings in my office. This is an easy product to recommend for anyone needing a new office chair.

First this is a heavy chair! I'm strong and it took 2 of us to bring it in the house! This chair is building tough. It does come with instructions and everything you need to assemble it. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble it. Easy to use. I like that I can change the height of the chair bc I am short and my son is tall. Easy to change it. The food rest is a nice touch! It's sturdy and it is comfortable to relax on. It's very comfortable when you recline it as well. It's almost comfortable as a recliner chair! It's easy to recline! A great benefit too is that the arms move back when you recline. The massage part is set up for you and all you have to do is plug it in. It does help with back support. Great for watching a book or a movie! It is heavy its kind of expensive for the price, but its a good chair. Just remember it's heavy and its big when you think of purchasing one!

This is one of the heaviest duty office chairs I have seen. It is built solid. It says it can support up to 400 lbs, and I believe it. The chair offers vibration and massage and heat too, and even has an extendable footrest for added comfort. The chair can lean back or move up and down and swivel. When the chair is tilted, the arm rests pivot but stay firmly attached at two points, making them very strong on the side supports. You can even adjust the height of the back of the chair slightly. For the options provided, and the quality of the chair, the price point is very fair. It is easy to assemble, with one caveat, the hex tool is a bit awkward in the hand, and when turning it tightly, it tends to dig into your hand. I did use it the whole time, but the palm of my hand was a bit sore afterwards from wrenching with it. If you have a hex bit for a cordless drill that would be the way to go to make it easier, but that is a minor issue. Overall I am very impressed.
