I've had this chair for about 10 months, and it's a solid example of mediocrity.Pros: The base assembly is very sturdy and solid metal framed, not the usual plastic. Wheels are good, no issues with them. The riser works well and has not given up on me yet. It has rocking capability and a locking feature for stabilization. Aesthetically pleasing. Arms fold all the way way back out of the way. The leatherlike material has held up nicely and still wipes clean, no fading thus far.Cons: Absolutely one of the least comfortable work chairs I have ever owned. The level of padding looks nice, but after about 2 hours of working, it's laughable. I have added a memory foam cushion just to make it bearable for my 8-hour day working from home. There is little to no back support. The rocking feature is dramatic and the locking stabilizer likes to work itself loose, and has done so from the second week. It creaks constantly, and I am not at or over it's weight limit. The arms do fold up nicely, but when down, they do not extend forward far enough to be of much use. The base feels sturdy, but after a few months, sitting in it feels unstable. Even though it has all the perks of a really nice office chair, none of them are high quality or highly usable.

Bought this for work, gets used everyday just about and after a year the padding is still good. Ram is still good, does drop a little from time to time, like a 1/4” or so. Wish it went back a little further but it’s good. Pretty comfortable still

The chair fits me pretty good. I am 5'3 and I like to touch the floor when i sit, so I have it adjusted as low as it can go and my feet touch just fine. It was pretty easy to put together. I did need help holding the back of the chair so I could get the arms screwed in. We had together in about 30 mins. I do like how the arms can be pushed up so the chair can be pushed under my desk. It looks great and is very comfortable. I would purchase again.

Right out of the box I was thrilled because it was dead easy for hubby to assemble. He brought the parts upstairs, puttered around for about 40 min. and announced I had a new chair for my office.This is a seriously comfortable chair with IMHO just the right amount of cushioning so even when I had to sit for hours doing taxes etc. I didn't feel stiff or achey. The top of the chair even has the approval of my princess kitty - a 12 lb. furball with super springs in Her legs! I'll be working at my desk & she vaults from the doorway to the top of the chair, giving her the perfect perch from which to watch me work for a bit, then it's broad enough for her to splay across it for a cat nap. LOLThe chair looks great! My sister thought I paid more than 50% more than I had and is now looking to replace her somewhat worn office chair at her house with this model!All in all I'm more than pleased with my purchase and am giving this chair the 5 stars it deserves!!!
