Pillow is a little small, but works okay for its intended purpose. The only real complaint I have is the velcro sticks great that first time you adjust it but very quickly does not stick at all.

The idea made sense in my mind. If I have something on either side of me, surely I won’t roll over? Right? Wrong. I definitely still roll right over that B and sleep on my side.

Sleep specialist MD recommended this because I was diagnosed with positional sleep apnea, which means only had apneic episodes on my back, not when sleeping on my side.This item is had soft velour like covering but the rolls are firm enough to stay in place and prevent me from rolling on top of them. It is adjustable with the Velcro strap that holds the 2 rolls together, and is comfortable to sleep with. On a few occasions I have still awoken on my back but mostly it is like a gentle reminder to stay on my side.Seems a good value!

Although the foam is a good quality foam, it is not large enough to stop anyone but a baby from rolling over. Even the person who used it is a thinner person, it still did not stop him from rolling over.Ened up using it to make a cat bed with.

This pillow exceeded my expectations. The pillow foam is not too firm nor too soft (it is just right for me), and the fabric is an incredibly soft, low-piled fabric with high-quality, even stitching. I find it to be very versatile to assist in keeping body part(s) aligned as prescribed (post-surgery or for a prescribed therapeutic treatment) or keeping one's body aligned (sleeping, sitting, etc.) as one sees fit for whatever their need is. Of course, please note - if you have had some type of surgery or have some type of musculoskeletal issue please check with your doctor first.I use this to help prevent me from leaning more to one side when I sleep and this has definitely helped to relieve my sleep issues - as prior to using this, I would wake up every two hours or so with pain/discomfort in my hip area from favoring/sleeping towards on one side - which caused me to have long days struggling to get through my fatigue from not sleeping well.It does not come with any type of pillowcase but for the price I would not anticipate one, and a standard pillow case would more than adequately cover what you would need to cover on each side of the Velcro. This is a very versatile and quality pillow for the price.

Does what it's supposed to and keeps me a little straighter when on my side so I don't flop over to the back or stomach. They are actually pretty firm yet not like a brick. Personally, I would've liked more height but it suffices.They're also great when separated but I wish there was a small pocket or something to hide the flaps, especially the long one.My only problem is that they run super hot, I feel like I'm roasting if I have both around the sides. 1 is alright but then I'm only getting half the support.

I like that the Velcro in between is adjustable. These are not too firm, not too soft and just right for supporting various body parts. They didn’t keep me from turning from my back to my side but I haven’t tried that long.
