I received this product a while ago and applied it a while ago. I live near the ocean, where things rust very quickly, and I wanted to see whether this would protect some stainless steel fixtures I had from corroding as fast.It did! So based on that, I have to give it 5 stars.Again, I applied it a while ago, so the application process is not fresh in my memory, and from all I recall the only way to describe it is "laborious". It does come with clear instructions but there were a lot of steps. But, it paid off and worked.

Got this for my countertops and mirrors and it leaves a cloudy reside and does little to keep water stains from forming. Ok for cleaning brushed nickel faucets but no better than other cheaper products. Would not recommend.

I was impressed with this kit, It has 3 bottles, a cleaner, the actual ceramic coating, and a maintenance spray. It also comes with 3 microfiber towels to help with application. I found the process very straight forward and my glass shower doors repel water much better now. I still use a squeegee on them to reduce shower scum but the doors have looked clearer longer and that is a win for me.

I live in an area with brutally hard water...it is very annoying and while I do have a salt-free water softener system in my home, it really only helps make the hard water spots easier to clean not necessarily keep them from forming. That said, my glass shower gets calcified spots relatively quickly. A quick wipe down with a squeegee helps, but my wife and I don't always have the time or patience to do that after EVERY shower. Sooo, enter the HoogaLab Ceramic Coating kit!I scraped all the water spots off with a razor blade, back to clean smooth glass. I did the prep step on all the glass surfaces, then applied the ceramic coating. So far so good! The water beads up and is super easy to go over with the squeegee now and if I forget to, a quick wipe down with the maintenance spray later solves the issue just as easily. I will keep an eye on how this performs over the next six months and see if it gets that kind of mileage out of a daily use item like our shower glass. Stay tuned! Cheers!

I keep my bathroom countertop relatively clean at all times, but it is a challenge because I use hairspray on a daily basis. Even though I know it's clean, it does not have the shine that it used to. When I used this three part kit with the ceramic coating, I was amazed at the difference it makes in the appearance. When I was finished, there was a glossy look to the countertop that I hadn't seen in years. I'm using the maintenance spray to protect the coating and to keep the shine ongoing. This kit is definitely worth the price when you consider how great the improvement is, even on older surfaces.

I am a senior and I have very little strength but I like cleaning my house especially in the kitchen. I have stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The counter is not much of a problem when I am cleaning but the stainless steel appliances just tire me out completely and they still appear dirty. The finger smudges and water drips from the water dispenser makes it very hard for me to keep it neat and tidy. All the water and finger marks is a losing battle for me. However, using this seems to be a good solution. This is a complete kit that has the surface spray, ceramic spray and then the last one is the maintenance spray. According to the bottle, the results will keep for 6 months (thank goodness). Also provided are very soft towels - definitely won’t scratch any surface. So I did the task and they are really very effective. My only complaint is you have to use lots of muscles and lots of stamina on your arms (which I am lacking) to be able to take out the long standing stains that I couldn’t take out before. But the results are fantastic! Another concern is that the ceramic spray has a prop-65 warning which sort of threw me off because this is supposed to be non-toxic. Anyways, I am researching more and asking more about this notation. I will probably have an update to this review once I find out.anything.

As someone who was diagnosed with breast cancer before the age of 40, despite having zero risk factors for breast cancer, I'm quite leery of the products that I use to clean my home. As such, I take prop-65 warnings under careful consideration. Despite this product being labeled as non-toxic, the ceramic spray does carry a prop 65 warning.I understand that sometimes those warnings are ridiculous and overkill. USDA certified organic teas, for example, will carry the warning because the plants used to grow the teas are grown in soil. If the soil contains even trace amounts of lead, the plants roots will take it up and the tea will also have trace amounts of lead. The amount of lead contained in the tea is negligible, if even detectable, and poses no harm. But still, the label is required. This might be as simple as the silica used to make the product might contain trace amounts of asbestos. I reached out to the company for additional information on why it carries the label and to see if a CofA is available. As of this moment, I haven't received a response. Until I do, I'm not spraying this in my kitchen near my food. It might make my fridge and my countertops oh-so-shiny, but I'd rather have fingerprints than more cancer.I will update this once I receive a response and provide additional information on if I am confident that this product is truly nontoxic.
