I'm very happy with these steps. Very well made materials easy to put together and set up because the instructions were clear and simple which is a bonus you know. I mean it looks terrific. It's very functional. Easy to move around. I think they did a really good job. Excellent value for the money people. I'm glad I got it

My two teenage daughters are around 5' and 5'1 and so needless to say we were needing a new step stool. The one we had become warped and had to be replaced. After searching and comparing different step stools, I found this one made by HOMEIJU store. Based on the presentation and product details, this looked like it would be a good fit for several areas of my home. Therefore, I ordered this step stool, which is a 3 in 1, and now that I have this home and have had the chance to set this up and use, I can attest that this is a very well-designed step stool.*Helpful tip for the seller: in your heading you will need to change the wording of "2 Tire" to "2 Tier" step stool. Simple fix.*Special features worth mentioning:-Heavy duty step-stool-Max capacity: 400 lbs.-Color choices: Rustic brown, Black and Light grey-Materials: Engineered wood-Dimensions for your reference: 20.47"D x 14.92"W x 13.89"HAll in all, I like this stepstool. I find that the materials are of good grade. I do have some qualms about the 400 lb. mark for weight capacity as this is engineered wood which is not as durable as solid wood. At this juncture though there are no signs of distress with the wood, therefore I would recommend this to other consumers. Thanks for reading my review. :)

The planks on this stool are made from engineered (particle?) board so it is unable to support much weight. Even though the online description claims it can support 400# I am highly skeptical. The top step is reinforced underneath with crossbars; the lower step is not, which adds to its limitations. This stepstool should support a young child’s weight but certainly not an adult’s.The metal base has 8 small protective foam pads adhered underneath to help prevent slipping and to protect vulnerable surfaces. I ordered the “rustic brown”, which is attractive and blends well with farmhouse and other casual décor.Clear instructions; easy assembly and configuration. Extra hardware included. All parts were protectively packaged and arrived undamaged.I intended to use this stepstool for our 18# chiweinie so she could get onto our very high bed more easily. Unfortunately, it proved too low and small for that. The veneered surface is also quite slick and she could slip.Because it won’t work for my dog, I’ll be using this attractive stepstool as part of a storage system.

The engineered wood boards on these step stools are basically pressed sawdust wood. The photos and description show that the stool can be broken down and used as two individual stools instead of just one 2-steps stool. Well, I will warn you not to use this product as 2 individual stools, but to use it as one 2 tier stepping stool. The higher stool has a crossbar between the two legs. This crossbar helps resist the collapse of the legs and the avulsion of the bolt from the pressed sawdust board. This crossbar is responsible for allowing the stool to withstand up to 400 pounds before collapsing. The smaller (shorter) stool does not have a crossbar, and thus will collapse under the weight of a user of 140 pounds, and probably much less. When the smaller stool is attached to the bigger stool, the smaller stool is supported by the bigger stool's crossbar. Anyway, I knew the smaller stool would break, but I had to prove it to make the point. At least I now have one decent stool to sit on. I wouldn't stand on it because that would probably eventually break it too. If there were two crossbar instead of just one, I would not mind standing on it without worrying too much about breaking it over time.

This two level step stool makes for an easy way for younger kids to reach the sink or counter. Assembly for this was fairly straightforward with simple instructions. I like how it is optional to attach the two steps together or keep them apart. I did attach mines together so that it’s easier to step on. The top step is fairly large making it safer for kids to stand on while brushing their teeth. The downside of that is that the assembled depth is a bit long so it will take up a decent amount of space. The product description mentions alternative uses for the product, but I intend to only use it as a step stool. Overall, the step stool looks great and was easy to assemble, making it easier for my kids to use the sink in the bathroom.

Sturdy steps, sturdy enough for my 3yo to get in an out of her bed. Easy to assemble

I just got it….super excited! And then it broke instantly. I really should’ve read that review that said the bottom would not withstand under 170 lbs without connecting to the shorter one to the taller one. Immediately stepped up to try my 174lbs 5’2” body on the bottom step and fell fully over. Super bummed. I’m out $40 and can’t reach my top shelves.
