I love this cute pin cushion. It is deep enough to hold my longer dress pins and easy to move around. .The one thing that could be improved is its base, which is a little roly -- not to much to tip, but not flat. I would buy this little guy again.

I wanted a whimsical pin cushion as I'm so bored with the plain ones. I've named him Harvey. To the dissenter who said he ate needles, he will unless you stick them in a separate spot so the sharp tips protrude from the other side.

Most pincushions have a heavier weight, but this one is really cute lightweight, almost like a stuffed animal. It works, as long as the table's not bumped, etc.I'm going to keep it, but it could be heavier to keep itself upright when you've got a ton of pins in it.

This pin cushion is adorable! I was worried about the content of the pin cushion because the pictures looked like a tiny stuffed animal instead of a heftier substance like the tomato pin cushions. That's an accurate description of this hedgehog, however it doesn't affect the function at all. In fact, because it was so lightweight and soft, it was super easy to add an elastic band so I could wear it on my wrist while sewing. I love it! And my bestie loved it when she saw it too, so I'm thinking of ordering a second for Christmas!

I just returned to sewing and had pins going everything. "Hedgie" (as I call him) is the perfect addition to my sewing table. He does the job and looks cute at the same time! Highly recommend - even as a gift to someone who doesn't sew and just happens to like hedgehogs!

I was so happy to get my Hedgehog pin cushion. It was so stinkin' cute...I loved it!! Unfortunately, my dog loved it too and thought it was for him. I realized this and so I "hid" it at the back of my sewing machine. He is a smart dog and I don't know how he did it, but I left the room for a bit and he got it. Took off the nose and 2 legs. It had pins in it and I worried for days that he had swallowed some. Now, a week later I can declare he is fine, thank goodness!It worked beautifully the few hours I used it. So, if you have a dog who loves to destroy stuffed toys, warning!!! Put it up on a shelf when not in use or it will be short-lived. Dang!!! It was soooooo cute! **Sigh**

Hedger (I've named him) is very adorable! He's poly filled, able to stand on his feet and would make a cute gift. However, I wish he were filled with a bean-bag type filling for more stability, and the very top seam appears to be hand stitched. That wouldn't be a problem except they're spaced farther apart and are stretching like they could break soon. Might be a one-off.

The idea behind this is just amazing. How adorable is it to put needles in a hedgehog pin cushion. If my wife used this for it’s purpose it would be amazing.She loves to cross stitch, and has lost a lot of needles in the furniture because she sticks them on the arms, pillows, cushions, etc. when she gets up. It has led to many a game of “who will get tetanus first” when they go missing. Every. Single. Time.She bought this and I was so excited. No more picking needles out of my extremities for me! But yet it just sits there. Right in front of her. Staring innocently into your eyes as you run another needle through your finger sitting down in the most comfortable, yet now deadliest chair in the living room. Crying silently with you. It really is a caring unused pincushion.I have even found needles stuck into the ottoman literal inches from the pincushion that just wants to serve the purpose it was made for.One day this cute little pin creature will fulfill its purpose. Until then it will just be in perfect factory condition next to the cactus that is oversized chair and ottoman.
