Like title reads, kindy chinsy. Definitely could be made with thicker plastic. Great value though. Get what you pay for.

I've been meaning to replace this part on my car for ages and finally decided to buy this. It's been holding up well and is great value for the price. I had my car mechanic install it, so I'm not sure about how easy it is to install.

I tried the after market ones first time, the holes didn't line up on them and they felt really this. Then I ordered this one, I should have ordered it the first time, perfect fit.2011 civic sedan

It fits but that is all it has in common with the Genuine Honda part. It is less that half the thickness of the Honda version and doesn't reach as far under the engine compartment leaving the oil filter and belts more exposed.

As some of the other reviews mentioned the plastic is a little bit thinner than the OEM shield and some of the holes didn't match up exactly. Otherwise for the price, this was fine and easy enough to install. After a little maneuvering I was able to get all the holes lined up.FYI, I did purchase 8mm and 10mm replacement rivets since some of the holes seemed to be 8mm and some seemed to be 10mm. A bunch of rivets were missing from the wheel well too, so while you're replacing the splash shield you may want to check for missing rivets there too.
