Did not work and still in th return process. 3rd party seller wants a 20% restocking fee as company has similar complaints from the better business bureau under North American hvac inc.

Installed one last winter. It has run perfectly since. It comes natural gas ready, but with an LP conversion kit.

Replaces several models, good instructions and comes with appropriate replacement parts. Did not come with a mesh particle trap.
