I replaced the original with stainless steel ones figuring it would work better. When I got them they were a little light and thin. So I went back to the porcelain heat plates they are heavier and do work well to tame flames (remember to clean before each use). I would purchase these again, worth the money.

These fit my grill well. I noticed a few places where there was a flaw in the a porcelain paint. Hopefully, this will not cause them to prematurely rust.
