Fit my Thermos grill perfectly. These are of much thicker steel that my previous ones that were toasted by the flame. Great job for protecting the burners from falling food.

The covers in my 20 year old grill were shot. These were a perfect replacement and should give me many more years of service from my Char-Broil grill.

I used the as part of a refurbishing project on a 25 year-old Charbroil/Costco grill. My grill is special in that I converted it to use natural gas from my house system, a great cost savings. So finding quality parts that fit like these was a great deal! A little oven cleaner and new burners and the grill is like new!

I have an older Char-Broil 463252105 (commercial) grill with 3 cast-iron burners.My grill does not have the female "slits" for which you would be inserting the tabs on these into for secure placement. There is, however, a lip that they will sit nicely on. However, they are just a smidge too big out of the box to sit nicely on this lip. I had to "remove" the two "tabs" to reduce the length enough for it to "fit".I'm no expert with these. I'm not sure how far above the burners they are supposed to sit. However with this config they are definitely sitting a 1/2" to 1" above the burners and the "eve" of these sits probably just under a 1/2" or so below the cooking grate.I will post pictures when I have time. They seem really good but be advised you may need modify them to fit your grill if its anything like mine. The only draw back to the "lip" installation is that they are not very secure so if you move the grill around a they could slide out of place.
