This product should have worked well as it was a replacement for the hose that came with the unit. However, it quit working after one or two uses. Water no longer sprays out of the hose as it should.

I have a model Fh50150 and this fits as described. Haven't used it yet but all the plug-ins fit together. Hate that it cost almost the price of a entirely new carpet cleaner...but what can you do?

This works with my Hoover F7425 model. My connection is the type where you push in the hose and turn to secure. It does not fit as snugly and deeply as the old one. I needed a new one because of the spray nozzle not working. I think this hose is a universal fit for several models so has a slightly different cut outs and tabs that are just not as good. The price was better than the exact Hoover part, however. It does work but came out twice during cleaning. It might be my reluctance to really jam it in with fear of breaking the rather lightweight plastic. If I could have easily taken this spray and put on my old hose, I would have done that. 4 stars because it works but is not perfect
