The velcro to hold the hose didn't work well for me, but I placed the metal stick inside the hose and it worked better that way, I bent it and it's strong enough to stay in place and prevents the hose from moving.

shows 4 clips in the picture, detailed text says it comes with 3 fabric closes, actually came with 2 velcros which isnt enough to fasten onto the hose. But even if it had come with four clips its far too heavy to attach to a wash machine hose and being round and smooth you could never attach - it would just fall off due its weight and lack of solid connectors. Totally useless. I was refunded.
