Says 12” of wire. Unless you include the actual connector as wire, it’s only 8.5”. It also arrived late and made me miss the whole day out.

The ring on the end makes it so easy to unplug without yanking the wiring the wrong way. Hopefully, you have existing wiring with the right colors since this is simple to rewire if you do. I had to replace my last one since I loaned the trailer out and someone let the wire dangle and wear the end off. A few minutes later and I have reliable wiring again.I keep a spare in the truck, just in case!

Has LEDs to let you know which lights are receiving power when plugged into the vehicle. Very sturdy, great quality, is easy to grasp and plug-in.

Ridiculously overpriced, but for my wife's arthritic hands a real pleasure to use. The LED lights are nice but completely unnecessary in retrospect.

Cheaper than in stores and seems like it'll work. My only issue is the trailer connector is male and mine came with a dustcap for a female plug. Still will fit but not as tight as it should be.

I got this to replace a worm connector (got rubbed down). It is well made, clearly labeled, and easy to install with the right tools. It fits perfectly into the truck side connector. My only issue is that the lights that indicate operation are on the bottom and hard to see once plugged in.

The 4-pin connector on my tailgating trailer was corroded and one of the pins was bent and loose. So I hopped on Amazon to pickup a new one. Simple right? Well thankfully this model popped up near the top of the results. It was a couple of bucks more than the standard connector, but I liked the idea of both the indicator lights and the ring to prevent people from yanking on the wires themselves when disconnecting the trailer from the tow vehicle.Installation as easy. As easy as pretty much any of these replacement connectors.The indicator lights were not as helpful as I thought since all they really did was tell me that the vehicle side of he signals were active or not. Still had to check the trailer lights to be safe. But the through hole ring design definitely makes disconnecting this things easier (and potentially less damaging). For that alone, I give this connector five stars. That and it came with a cover so maybe the pins will stay clean for a while, at least until it gets lost.

connector was fine just I needed more wires 7 not 4 but will come in handy sometime
