This ice tub could be used for a variety of things. Yes, it's great for the athletic who wants to ice down, but it can also be used to ice down drinks at a party, or fill with a hose and let your kids splash around. I put three kids in the tub (to give you a size comparison). It's deep, so don't fill it too much if you're going to let kids play in it. It has a drain on the bottom, and another on the side, you could fit a pump (not included) onto the side drains to recycle the water out and back into the tub. Pretty durable for a soaking, but it might not hold up to too much rough housing. Easy way to cool off. Once it's drained, it's pretty easy to move around, but do not try moving it when it's full.

My hubby and I got this cold plunge tub after looking at a lot of options. You can obviously go all out and build a mini pool but the reality is you can get 95% of the benefits with a tub like this that is relatively affordable, easy to set up, and more comfortable than the higher priced alternatives. The frame is basically PVC pipe that is strategically placed to reinforce the soft structure of the tub itself. The inside is soft the touch and is actually quite comfortable. You can put this on a hard floor and still feel relatively comfortable sitting on the bottom of the tub.We filled it about 2/3 of the way up assuming that our bodies would displace some of the water. It worked and we were able to save some water versus filling it entirely but still sink down and soak up to our necks in 60° water. The tub itself obviously isn't decoration but for what it is it looks pretty nice and pretty unobtrusive if you find a good place for it.All in for the value you get and the price compared to the alternatives this is a great option for people who want to dip their toe, no pun into it did, into cold plunge and ice baths without spending a fortune.

Package was surprisingly small and essentially a thick plastic liner with 3/4" PVC for supports. Instructions were vague but you’ll have to figure it out on your own. Once filled the water pressure forms its oval shape, so It's wider at the bottom and feels a little flimsy as.your climbing in. For a small to medium sized person it's about right but anyone larger might be more difficult. The cover is thin, without elastic and sags. Overall it's acceptable but not sure how well it will hold up over time.

This ice bath is good for hot soaks. It is insulated and holds the water hot for awhile. It is big enough to lay down in to fully submerge or even big enough for two people. It is easy to put together and so worth the first Epsom salt soak. The PVC frame is sturdy especially once filled with water. I had no fear of it tipping while in it. Ahhh...nice. As it is filling with a little water in the bottom straighten out the bottom of any wrinkles and fill it up. The bottom is padded but you seem to float above the bottom without pressure being put on the bottom anyway but it is helpful to protect the pvc vinyl. I put it on my porch and it was tough enough that I didn't feel the need to lay a towel or anything beneath it to protect the outside surface. It comes with a cover for the top to keep the water clean- a nice plus. It drains easily with two drains to choose from. I dropped the drain extender over the side of the porch and it drained rather quickly. I like that once it is dry you can store it away or keep it set up if you like in its own space somewhere.I am not much for cold baths especially ICE cold but for a hot soak this is awesome. An easy care clean hot tub. I have an insta hot hot water heater that connects to the water hose. No fear of running out of hot water. This is soooo worth it especially if you have aches that benefit from Epsom salt soaks.

This has been a fantastic addition to my routine.1. Easy Setup: Assembling the PVC frame took about 15 minutes. The instructions were clear, which made it easy to get it right the first time. The design feels sturdy once assembled, but it is important to securely connect the pipes for stability.2. Comfortable and Spacious: The tub is large enough to fit most people comfortably. I am 6’0” and had plenty of space to sit and fully submerge. The smooth interior surface is comfortable, though it can get slippery when wet.3. Versatile Use: I’ve used it for cold water therapy with ice. It holds 100 gallons, making it efficient to fill and drain while still offering ample space.4. Thoughtful Features: The included extension pipe makes draining convenient, even though it can take some time. I keep it in my garage and am able to drain the water out into my driveway when needed easily. The lightweight and portable design means it can be moved when empty, which is a big plus.5. Great Value: For the size and quality, this tub is an excellent value. It is perfect for anyone looking to start cold water therapy or enjoy an affordable home recovery solution. This tub checks all the boxes for functionality, comfort, and ease of use. Highly recommended for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone exploring cold or hot water therapy!Pro tip: Getting the water cold is best achieved using a cold water chiller that is plugged in and runs constantly. These are priced in the hundreds of dollars but are well worth the investment for serious plungers. Otherwise, you have to freeze ice or buy ice to put in your plunge pool each time you use it and this leads to extra time spent getting the water to the desired temperature. So if you're looking for the coldest plunge without any hassle, make sure to add a water chiller to your setup.
