These are okay clamps, not my grandfathers tide and true but for home gamers like myself it's better then having no clamps and that's why I got them. They're useful to have around, and we didn't have any at the house so I thought it was due time to pick some up. These work alright, don't feel anything like what I'm use too but these also cost 1/8th the price of my grandpa's so I'm not surprised. They work, wouldn't trust them for anything serious but for light duty wood working they're great.

Nice clamps to do simple jobs. Since they are made of a light plastic, I wouldn’t use them for heavy duty jobs or even medium duty jobs but for simple light duty jobs they’re perfect.. They’re light in weight, easy to carry and easy to use and not hard to carry around.

These 12" bar clamps can also be used as spreaders to hold pieces separated, as well as clamped, because the padded end can be moved and turned around as needed. They seem to hold very tight, and the spreading function is just as strong. The bar's are steel and the clamps are metal, and the release lever functions easily. These are a great value due to the versatility, and can be really handy.

These are well made but the manufacturing is lazy. I will mar them up on my own anyway, but the feet are kind of skinned up already. That will not affect the functionality of these clamps so I will keep them near my saws and presses anyway. I just think some manufacturers think they can put out unchecked products without consequences. I can go to my local harbor and get basically the same tools at the same time price without the quality control issues. Just sayin'Helpful? I hope so✔️ Thanks!

My husband is very handy and is always working on woodworking projects. He always says he needs more clamps, so when I saw these, I jumped at the opportunity to get them. He was overjoyed with them. They are easy to use, the handles work well, and they have a nice quick release button that responds easily. He loves the feature that makes them reversible too. They are pretty sturdy despite the value price of the set. It's a great addition to any man's workshop.

The plastic on the handles of these clamps feels lightweight to me but they work fine. You can quickly and easily switch between clamping and spreading with these clamps just by pushing a button on the front jaw to release it from the bar. I thought the clamps have decent clamping pressure and they didn’t fail or come loose while clamping down. The release button worked okay and I didn’t have any problems using this feature. The clamps overall seem like decent quality clamps.

Out of the box these both would 'catch' when sliding along the rod making the clamping action segmented. They also squeaked. A little lubricant had them both working smoothly and quietly. The biggest problem is releasing what you have clamped. It easily clamps one handed but takes two hands to ‘pull’ it back apart. The convenient size and strength make them very versatile.
