Plate is made of 2 layers. The top layer warped within a few minutes of the first time I used it. The 2 layers are not 2 separate pieces and both are warped. Would not recommend.

For diffusing heat it's perfect. I liked that I could remove the handle. However, the ends of the handle, going through their corresponding holes, isn't flush with the disc. That means it will scratch your glass cooktop as well as tilt it. It was supposed to be for induction; all induction works with a flat glass cook top. Bug design flaw. Better photos would have alerted me to this. I am only using it as a warming plate for heat proof glass so I'm not using the handle...but wish I could!

DO NOT BUY! Unless you only want to use it for few weeks only!Worked great for 80 days, after which the delamination began. Never washed in dishwasher, but hand washed and carefully dried befor use.Now the thinnest laminated plate has separated from the other two, thicker plates, for ~120° or 1/3 way around the perifery.

A great thick plate that functions well. It looks so nice and shiny when it is unwrapped, but I knew it would discolor after being exposed to direct heat.

Al colocar en la cocina de inducción no trasmitia muy bien el calor y cocinaba muy bajo , ademas perdió la pintura y mancho la cocina
