Ordered this as a replacement for another defective hoverboard hoping it would actually last. Didn't have any issues until after a year of having it. Now the red light just blinks and it beeps over and over. Seems like the left wheel has some issue where it doesn't work anymore. Once in a while it jolts really hard and hits against the pivot stops really hard. It also stops the right wheel from working making the unit defective.Reached out to the seller and all they said was that the warranty was for 3 MONTHS and gave me directions of how to "reset it", which of course, did absolutely nothing. With that short of a warranty you can tell they don't expect the components to last very long. And their "reset" instructions were to re-calibrate it, which is not the issue since it did absolutely nothing.

I was nervous because of all of the options out there, but I am super glad we decided on this one! Our 9 year old daughter has LOVED it, and the lights and Bluetooth work perfectly and are an added bonus!

Bought 3 of these for my kids and they haven't stepped off of them since Christmas. They love the lights and how they can connect their their music via Bluetooth. The speaker is loud, battery lasts long, and they have a smooth ride. Glad I purchased these!!

I ordered 3 of these this particular one is not balanced and I have to send it back the other 2 work fine its just a pain now having to return it and wait for a new one. You control the volume on the hoverboard with your phone. Battery life last. Lights are nice and bright. They seem very durable. Only gave it 4 stars because I have to return one because it wont balance.
