We love this little printer! It is a little slow, but has a beautiful clear picture. Love that its bluetooth and can print from our phones. It was an easy setup for us!

This thing is terrible. It never works. You have to jump through hoops to get it to print shut it off and turn it on several times to get it connected to WiFi. Can maybe print a page or two then have to reset again. Get a canon this is trash

Bought new and Prints, scans, copies well. HOWEVER learned shortly after purchasing HP not supporting updates anymore so some incompatibility error problems have occurred when trying to use HP apps with it

Lightweight. Compact! We needed something small, and this printer is awesome! Super quick to set up. Unless you want to sign up for the HP Smart, you will need to buy your ink separately. The sample ink it comes with won't work unless you sign up.

Por ser una impresora americana, los cartuchos que ocupa 65, no se encuentran, solo por internet, realmente si puedes, mejor compra un producto nacional.

La impresora funcionó el día que la instalé y luego no volvió a imprimir. Nadie se hizo responsable, ni respetaron la garantía.

Dejo de imprimir después de 4 o 5 uso ligero, o sea impresiones de una o dos hojas, ningún trabajo grande ni nada. Por ser de importación, no hay garantía. Tengan cuidado con los productos de importación, las garantías no las hacen válida y como que mandan productos los defectuosos a vender aquí porque allá los rechazarían.

Muy mal producto escáner genera muchas manchas negras y la tinta no esta optimizada en este equipo consume más que otros con ese cartucho

This printer is absolute junk. I swore that I would never buy an HP product again but here I am. It worked fine for a bit and now will print it's introduction paper telling me what it does wasting my paper just fine but won't print what I want it to.Update: 01/2024Discovered that if the printer is low or out of ink it will severely malfunction. This turned out to be my issue. Odd that a printer would have such an attitude right?

la impresora llego bien y todo se ve muy bien, costo algo de trabajo que lograra imprimir, sin embargo, aunque parecían nuevos los cartuchos no imprime la tinta negra, voy a comprar otro nuevo a ver si imprime bien sino la voy a tener que regresar.

Purchased as a refurbished unit. Very small footprint so fits nicely on a workdesk. Software installation was easy. It has worked quite well for a moderate document printing load. Prints well on legal size paper. For the price, I am very pleased. [Using on a USB connection to a laptop; have not tested its network capabilities and do not use it with InstantInk or the HP online utilities.]Update: I bought a second unit. The first unit (above) was set up as a USB and it has performed very well and had done what I needed done. I set this new unit up as a network printer. Setting up the printer on the network was a 3 hour ordeal of trying to figure out what exactly one was supposed to do to get the device installed. Finally got the printer installed and running on the network accessed by two computers on the network, in spite of the HP "Smart" software. So, great printer, HORRIBLE setup software from HP.

So I have to say, after reading the reviews about this being renewed, I was wanting to cancel my order but it was to late. I got it today which is 4-6 days sooner then was estimated for delivery, granted I live in the same town as 2 Amazon distribution centers so… either way as for the “renewed” I opened the box to find it extremely well packaged, with tape to hold anything from sliding open, as well as wtf padding I’ve never seen this extent of padding before, all the cords were neatly wrapped up in a zipper bag with brand new ink cartridges included. So this is beyond what I expected from the bad reviews and instead I hope this posted near the top to be seen, not all returns/renewed items are always in this type of condition but most are. I’ve only had 1 bad experience from renewed items which is able to easily be returned if there’s any issues with it upon delivery.
