The printer had the wrong type printer cartridges, they were 64 but should have been 67. I had to purchase the right ones.

It came but with a faulty ink cartridge issue. No matter how much I troubleshooted it would just give me ink cartridge errors. So I had to return it. I may boost this up to more stars if the replacement printer works properly. Very frustrasting experience - shouldn't have to deal with this in 2025! And with no real support unless you pay $$$ to talk to their support team. Piece of crap.

Easy to connect and setup through WiFi. Prints quickly and quietly. If a basic printer/scanner is all you need, this is a nice little unit at an excellent price.

This was a great buy; did exactly what I needed. Directions that came with printer are useless but plenty of useful YouTube videos.I have had this printer for 2 months and satisfied.

When I first got it I couldn’t open the tray for the paper but after opening and closing it (with the help of my bf) it eventually let loose I guess and is easy now ! Other then it always telling me I’m low on paper (when it’s full) it works good

Printer works great. Had a little difficulty initionally getting it connected to WIFI the instruction were not very clear, but was able to do it without tech support. Now that it’s connected, it works great
