This PC was a DREAM at first, ran my games perfectly with no lag and amazing graphics. A few days into owning it, though, the display cut out and would not come back. I called MaxE tech support who walked me though troubleshooting and we both came to the conclusion it was a faulty GPU so I sent it back and they provided a replacement, which took longer to ship to me than the PC itself did initially (but hey, stuff happens right? no biggie). Upon receiving the replacement, I immediately popped it in the PC and the GPU wasn't drawing any power at all. My PC is still broken. I initially ordered this thing over two weeks ago and it pretty much hasn't worked the entire time.I am extremely disappointed and feel I'm at a loss, because I had just enough time to load personal data onto the hard drives before the computer broke and now I'm uncomfortable doing a full return to get my money back. I'd be happy to update my review if MaxE can find a way to make this right but at this point I'm not very hopeful. I guess the price was too good to be true.

The computer is fantastic, especially for the price. It was a serious upgrade for me, and I half expected that I was being lied to owing to the price. Everything functions great with one exception.The included wifi dongle is trash. It's a Realtek RTL8818FTV, and it hates Windows 10 with a fiery passion. After several times reinstalling the drivers, playing with settings, and generally fighting with it I'm able to keep it connected for the most part. If you don't have any technical skills, however, you're going to be in for a rough time. I'll be replacing it as soon as possible. It's also fairly slow, topping out at 54Mbps, and generally running closer to 25-30MbpsEverything else is fine, but I'm going to chuck the dongle into Mt. Doom as soon as I have a new one in hand.

The first computer I got from Skytech, through Amazon ran perfectly for about 87 days, (3 days shy of Amazon return protection) and the video/graphic card quit working. I returned it and received a full refund from Skytech without any issues. I wanted the model and features so I took a chance and ordered it again. This time the computer would not turn on. I worked with Skytech Customer Service/Tech Support to check a few things but ended up sending oy back as well. This time, Skytech replaced the computer and so far so good. We take a chance with refurbished items, and I was not happy with the experiences I was having BUT Skytech was very helpful and worked to resolve the issues quickly. They stood behind their product and warranty and was very easy to work with. This rating is mostly for their support. I review the computer if it last longer than 3 months. It's helpful to save the box it was shipped in. Just in case. Thank you Skytech for your professionalism.

Bought it the middle of August and a week after my return window closed the graphics card died.I should have returned it when I realized it didn't have wifi or Bluetooth, just a USB adapter that honestly didn't work. Had to buy a separate wifi adapter that had range.

It ran games like overwatch Fotnite and war zone at good quality but very time after the first day I would turn it on their would be no display j would have to like unplug it and reply fit baxk in multiple time before getting a display

Got here faster than originally stated. Is the right processor, graphics card, SSD, and hard drive. Works great, was easy to set up and start using. Have been able to run games at high setting, WOW, COD, ect. Has a built-in speaker, not super great but good enough, when not using headset. has old port that's don't work and aren't to be used but has enough ports for everything.
