This is a defective printer. It was not refurbished. After 2 hours on the phone with HP tech support they could never get the printer connected by either USB or Wifi. HP did not even show this printer as eligible for a one-year warranty.This printer was sold as "Certified Refurbished", but that is just not true. I think the seller just repurposed a defective printer previously returned by another Amazon customer.
