One of the cartridges was defective and made the set more difficult. Otherwise the printer is meeting my expectations.

Nothing to dislike. This is the quietest, fastest, smallest, highest technology enabled, sleek & stylish, low cost all in one printer I have EVER even seen, much less owned! Bought for the office at my small business to upgrade from the big, loud, slowing, outdated look and feel of the one that we'd had forever. I am SO HAPPY that I chose THIS machine to upgrade to! It has its own wi-fi network, wi-fi direct, wireless/wired options,bluetooth enabled, super easy to setup/install (takes less than 5 min), AND has it's own email that you can literally email a document to from ANYWHERE on ANY DEVICE w email capabilities and the machine will not only receive it, but find out what you want it to do with said document and then carry out that task for you. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone needing a budget friendly all in one printer that comes equipped with every available technology, super fast, high quality performance, sleek stylish, space saving small design that fits right in ANYWHERE in the office OR home, with wonderful tech support and warranty. I also recommend this to everyone else who uses a printer. Best decision ever deciding to go with this one! Went from a bulky, slowing, giant, space crowding machine with hardly ANY of the technology this one is equipped with...to a 2 tier floating shelf with this on the bottom shelf and the laptop on the top shelf (since w the top loading option there is no need to open the top lid for glass placement), I now have a good 3 square feet of freed floor space now available, and a better machine that fits WITH the computer on a small floating shelf that is a focal point rather than necessary eyesore. Office now looks extremely stylish even with the all in one machine out for all to see...it almost looks just like a decoration it blends in and looks so well being on display. I would give this 10 stars if it would let me, it is REALLY that wonderful!!!

I use this product for faxing items and documents to my lawyer which is ongoing and to the government agencies I am involved with. It is used to help apply documents to help my needs. It is user friendly and quite a piece of equipment because it is indeed all in one!

Product came in and was set up in minutes. PCs connected and works great. The size is perfect as I can easily fit it in my area.

I needed a multifunction printer for scanning and saving the ridiculous amount of (important) mail I recieve in the form of statements and bills I got through the years. Also for all my school work in years past. I need a way to record them. The document feeder from the printer I had before this left a black stripe on each scan. So I got this one for black friday.However I was disappointed to see despite reading that it can do double sided scans without needing to manually turn over the paper, you still needed to. A time consuming task if you do this often. The software was also a headache. Had to re-install it twice for it to work. It works every else a printer should.

This printer comes with Ink Cartridges however...When you first setup the printer and turn it on, you will find yourself with an ERROR related to "Needing SETUP Cartridges".The Cartridges that the seller is including with the printer are NOT SETUP Cartridges.This ERROR is generally something 99% of the buyers will NOT be able to get past... you literally are buying a printer that will NOT WORK - Read again... THIS PRINTER WILL NOT WORK IF YOU BUY IT - YOU CANNOT GET PAST THE INITIAL SETUP WITH THE INCLUDED INK CARTRIDGES.After reading other comments about this same thing, and spending my own time doing some research, I knew I needed to disable a setting, but this printer doesn't have any buttons so I thought it wasn't possible... until I got lucky.Here's what I did, and I hope it works for you if you buy this printer from this BAD SELLER:I just got this printer in the mail and ran into the same problem... no necessary setup cartridges. This company is selling (nearly) useless printers.However... after I too looked for about an hour for a solution/workaround for this specific printer, I got lucky...It seems you must disable this "OOBE" setting in the printer in order to bypass the initial check for the setup cartridges... so the task is to figure out how to turn that off for THIS specific printer that has NO buttons on it in order to get to a menu or anything... well, here's what I did...- Turn the printer on with all 4 cartridges in- Error saying you need the Setup Carts will show- Take out the Yellow cartridge and close the lid- A different Error will show saying you're missing the Yellow cart, but there is a white ? that appears- I double/triple tapped the left side of the digital screen a few times and somehow the menu came up!- Navigate into system properties and look for OOBE setting.. disable it... restart printer and you're good to go.
