I ordered my printer last week and already received yesterday! I have to say customer service is awesome. Jack had my software set up and running in only a few hours ! I can't wait to play around and make prints. The ones I have made so far look great.

Printer arrived in 4 days. Very very fast shipping. Setup was smooth. I did run into some questions since it’s a new software I never used before. Contacted their support through WhatsApp. They responded very quickly and walked me through everything for 2 hours. Very helpful. Would highly recommend. Most other product from other companies does not have this type of customer support.

From start to finish, it has been an amazing purchase, color quality is brilliant, great value for the money, ease of setup (just go slow and read it several times). When I needed help, contacted Tech Support, they are amazing. Jack was very knowledgeable and fast. Printer quality is fantastic, you won't go wrong in buying this printer. I wish I had done it years ago. I can't say enough good things.

Jack and phebe have been phenomenal! They have gone above and beyond in helping me figure out how to run the program for the printer !! I would recommend this printer to anyone looking to get into DTF !!

The Tech Support Team is awsome! They jist spent 1.5 hours on with me addressing all the issues I was having! They were very patient and professional and once the ink arrived, they got me printing!! I will also not, after my initial review, they did reach out to send new ink. I guess sometimes messages fall through the cracks maybe. Either way, I will continue to update with time and projects as this is an expensive purchase. Thank you MZK!The product appears to be well built. I can't review based on operation as the ink and powder never came. The seller has been unresponsive about ink and powder. Also, there is no user manual that is easily accessed if you can't read chinese. Adobe software included is chinese also. How to figure out how to make it english, I haven't been able to figure this out. I am going to be out an additional $250+ just to purchase ink and powder that was supposed to be included. I will edit my review about operations if I can actually ever print something. As of today, I can not recommend this seller or this product.

Just received the laptop for the DTF Printer. Jack helped ne set things up & it seems to running smoth. I'm do a full run later today.

I will be honest I had a learning curve with this printer but the customer service has been very helpful. They have answered every time I have asked a question and went above and beyond. This is a great printer. No problems whatsoever just trying to use something I am not use to and learning their system.

I have never wrote a review before but I am with this one. I got this machine about a month ago and let me say the set up was difficult. I needed help and with the tech service from this company they had my machine up and running within no time! This machine has been a game changer and I’m soo glad I made the purchase!
