High quality and all of the parts included. Instructions were good but googling videos online make it even easier. Was going to scrap the printer but this saved us $500. Works like a charm.

Fuser fit and connections were compatible with the OEM HP that had gone bad. Print outs looked how they should after install.The only reason I didn't get 5 stars is there are no directions on how to replace the fuser in the packaging, but you can find YouTube videos on how to do so.

The part was shipped quickly. After I received it, I watched an instructive video concerning the installation procedure. The installation is not difficult but is a process that should be done carefully to ensure that all electrical connections are properly disconnected and reconnected. The installation process took about thirty minutes and resulted in a printer that prints now without shadows or lines. I suspect that a repair bill from any local shop would have resulted in a much more expensive process. This endeavor was well worth it.
