Battery arrived basically dead. Unable to recharge it with my Squeezebox Radio. Turn it on....shuts off within a few seconds. Sometimes it displays a message that it needs to be charged, but it doesn't charge. Price of the Battery is not an issue, but getting a Battery that is fully drained or Defective is.

Fits perfect in my old, but loved, Squeezebox internet radio.The old battery would only run for about an hour and then give out. Today I had the new batter on for over 3 hours and it was still going.

This battery works flawlessly!I wasn't so sure how well it would hold a charge compared to the original battery, but my worries were completely unfounded.It lasts as long, if not a little longer than the original battery did on day one!All in all, I'd say that as long as you're SURE that this is the right model number for your squeezebox, don't even hesitate for a second!

Great addition to the Squeezebox. Lasts longer than I have had a need for it so far. Fits fine and connects easily. The only thing I've noticed is that, if the radio is off but power is lost to the Squeezbox, even with the battery, the SB will completely shut down /reboot after some period of time. So, if you lose power overnight and expect to have the battery get you through the power outage, and have an alarm to wake you up in the morning, you're out of luck. Very strange design feature for an "alarm-clock radio". But for battery-powered radio operation, this has a lot of horsepower.

This battery works great and turns the SqueezeBox into a truly portable device. The SqueezeBox should have come with a battery but that was a complaint I made clear in that review. As far as batteries go, this one is easy to install, provides power for many hours, and costs a lot less than other battery alternatives. I am happy with the purchase and I would consider it a "must" if you own a SqueezeBox.

Logitech sold the radio without a battery at a good price but neglected to say it was not included. Neither they nor the company they said to order it from had it and the wrong battery was sent by the battery company. This involved returning it and I will have to wait for a return of funds. Amazon had it and had it here overnight and were delightful to deal with! A bit more money than others but warranteed! Much less than Logitech who now has them.The radio is awesome sounding and I can now take it anywhere with me.

I've only recently got this battery installed on my Sqeezebox radio but it fits and plugs in perfectly inside the battery compartment.I'll need to report back later on the life of the battery between charges but it charged up in about an hour and it works for about $25 less than the "other" factory brand. I consider it a fair deal.
