Filter section that is out of the water is totally dry. Tried soaking them, but still no wicking. No wicking so no evaporation. Useless. Will never buy again.

While the company says this filter is "compatible" with my DH823 humidifier, it doesn't truly fit. It's 3/4 of an inch too tall. And the aluminum layer makes it hard to cut to size. Disappointing.

This package of replacement filters for my Duracraft humidifier were absolutely correct in the construction. the size of the filters, however, were too long to fit accurately into the humidifier. I had to cut the one I used down about an inch to get the proper dimensions.

These are a good thickness and yet were easy for me to cut (using a knife) down to the size I need.Price is comparable, and that's fine. After I cut mine down to approximately 5.5" x 6.5", the fit rightinto the area of our humidifiers. I appreciate that they are sturdy and stand up to water easily. So,if you cannot find the size you need, you can cut these to fit your needs.
