Methord 1:: You have to find your specific laptop model before ordering a correct battery. How to check your laptop model?
Step 1: Press Windows + R to open Run window.
Step 2: Input "msinfo32" in the empty box and click OK to open System Information.
Step 3: Keep in the System Summary section, and you will find the System Model item in the right pane.
Methord 2: Take the battery out of your computer and see the model of your battery
Step 1: Switch off the laptop and unplug the power cable in case of electric shock
Step 2: Remove the back panel with the screwdriver. You should to this with care avoiding any harm to the laptop components.
Step 3: Disconnect the cable connected to the battery and then take out the battery. After that, you can check the specifications of your battery.
Why the laptop does not recognize the battery？
Could be caused by battery loose. Please re-install the battery and make sure that the battery cable and the motherboard interface are tightly inserted.
Maybe due to conductive material damaged which the laptop motherboard and battery anode and cathode contact position, you can try to confirm it with your original battery.
Check whether the battery drive is in normal condition, if not, download the corresponding driver software to update .

This laptop battery died at 3 months. 1 year warranty through China is non-existent. They never responded. Battery physically bulged indicating bad cells!!! My advice, spend a little more from a reputable company.

I bought this as a replacement for my HP laptop at the start September of 2020. Easy install and initially worked fine giving about a 2-3 hour battery life, probably less than the factory installed initial battery. But a few weeks ago the battery life started getting shorter rapidly, then a few days later it died completely. My laptop indicated 0% even while charging and no matter what I tried it would not charge up. It was completely dead in less than 9 months. So if you need a battery replacement, based on my experience, this will be a temporary fix. I use my laptop most days plugged in, and then for a few hours at night not plugged in.
