I got this because I was having trouble filling up and carrying my 6 liter (1.6 gallons) humidifier tank , and carrying it upstairs. This one is 2.2liters, though they comically (and somewhat sneakily) call the model "6L", for no reason than perhaps to deceive. In fact when re-reading this listing I see a photo that says it's 6 liter capacity, and so this is not cool. They do say though elsewhere it's teally only 2.2 liters, but why be deceptive? At 2.2 liters with 350Ml per hour output, that means 6 hours of use, they claim 8. I did use overnight several times and it did last 8 hours once, but other times it was out when I woke up. I have a large bedroom though.During day again mostly around 6 hours of use. It did work though, room was more humid, and was quiet enough.I think if you had a small bedroom, or especially an office, and were only wanting it for 6-8 hour use and don't mind refilling it each day this is a good choice as it's easy to carry. (can refill from top too if you want to use a pitcher) As I use my bedroom during the day and night, I went back to my 6liter capacity, which will last up to 24 hours or longer. For value, it's pretty good for the money, but I think most people would prefer larger. And they need to not misrepresent their product.

I was skeptical at first, becuz it's a smaller size, but this little humidifier works extremely well! Cleans up easily once a week, too. Love that it only needs purified drinking water, as opposed to only distilled water..... Great value, easy to turn on and off. Automatic shut-off is a plus!

Great output, low level of noise. Really no complaints especially for the price.

We live in the Midwest where the humidity goes way down during winter. I had a large console humidifier that my wife didn't like because it was noisy and required quite a bit of maintenance to keep it from smelling moldy. She opted to just set bowls of water around the house to naturally evaporate. I personally don't believe that put much humidity back into the air. I ordered this small unit for just the bedroom because the dry air affected my nose and throat while sleeping. This is a small unit that has to be filled every day, but it really puts more water into the air than a bowl of evaporating water.

We got this to use around the house over the cold months as the heat running so much, really dries out the air in the house. We tired it in our living room first but couldn't tell much difference so then we move it into our kid's room. That's when this works best, in smaller rooms/areas. Our kiddo would get a few nose bleeds due to all the dry air (and sleeping on the top bunk bed too) but this last season, that didn't happen, not even once. This humidifier keep our kiddo's room just right and was easy to keep up with as well.It was easy to keep refilling and just as easy to take apart to clean it. It has an easy to read menu screen to change the settings on it. The only thing we didn't like about the menu is you can't turn it off at night (least no way that I've found) so the extra light could be an issue (our kiddo just blocked it by putting a small "nap pillow" in front of it. Also, the power cord is a good length and not too short or to long.Overall, it has done it's job and done it well, just make sure it's in a smaller room for the best performance from it.
