There is nothing holding the components of the feeder together but brittle plastic, so don't expect the feeder to make it through a full season. It's attractive, but after only the second refill the suspension rod snapped off.

We love watching the hummingbirds in our yard all day long and the birds love our feeders. We have had this feeder up a few weeks now with the same drinks as our other feeders. While dozens flock to other feeders every day, they leave this feeder alone. A handful have tried this feeder and gave up quickly. This feeder seem well made and easy to clean with no leak so that was unexpected.Upon close inspection, I found the design is at fault. Most feeding ports on this feeder sit high above the drink level even when the basin is full. So the bird must have very long straight beak in order to take a sip. Here in northern California, the hummingbirds in our yard seem small with average beaks that are ill equipped for this feeder. So unless you have big hummingbirds with long beaks, I would not recommend this feeder.

Hummingbirds prefer my traditional feeder. Side by side comparison. The traditional feeder is empty and the other is untouched and had dead insects floating in it. Kind of a cool design but have never seen a hummingbird feed on it.

These are a great product. When you first open it and put it together . My first thought was ughhhh . But once you hang them and fill them they are awesome . Make great gifts too for other gardening friends . I have bought 6 so far … lol😂

I was hoping this would be of better quality but, unfortunately, it doesn't appear as nice looking as it does in the listing. It feels like it will not stand the test of time and might only last a season or two. It feels like it's made of plastic and it hangs from a tree but you can't hang it out a window.It's very easy to assemble and it DOES work. I saw hummingbirds within two days of setting it up outside. That was what I bought it for. It's easy to use and the birds like it.Given all of the nooks and crannies, I have a feeling I won't be cleaning it as thoroughly as it should be cleaned but it comes with a cleaning brush which was smart because it fits inside all of the little holes and round fixtures. Unfortunately, it's important to keep hummingbird feeders clean because of what can happen will sugar water combined with bacteria and fungi from outside.

"Disappointed" doesn't cover it. I feel like I got taken. I have many hummingbirds year-round and I use several feeders (the glass Perky Pet ones} which the hummers drain within hours. When I saw this, I thought it would be great because of so many ports. I thought wrong. While my other feeders are loaded, not one...NOT ONE hummer used this feeder. I'm wondering if the little guys know it's a food source because it's all solid read and no markings, etc. Also, the hanger is fat and awkward. So save your $$ This is a loser.

This was very easy to assemble. It is easy to fill and has bright red color to attract the hummingbirds. The hummingbirds are just starting to return up north and I wanted to get this out right away! It holds a small amount but that’s ok since you should change the nectar every day or so anyway. It should be super easy to clean too! To clean it you just pull up the red top and clean under the faucet. It c9mes with a very tiny brush to keep the holes cleaned out. I’ll update as I can if the birds like it. The price is reasonable too. So far I’d recommend it

It holds a small amount of nectar; which can be a good thing because it will always be fresh (or empty, depending on your diligence and bird numbers). The plastic is a type that seems very fragile. Even the hanging rod is made with the same type of plastic. If you drop it, or bump it- or the wind whips it too hard…its going to break. I like the concept of the prism type top- they just need to use different materials and focus on overall quality.I bought 4 (2 packs of 2) and I will be returning one of them due to these issues. I will take the risk with one set- but not 2.
