This fan was a waste of money. It looks great but the light does not work. When it was installed the lighting seemed very dim and a few months later it doesn’t work at all. I will be purchasing a different light fixture.

Had an issue with the light canopy and housing not aligning properly. The seller took care of it immediately and made sure I'm happy. Things happen. I get it. Seller does too. No complaints.

I’m a year in. Used in a room that’s 14x17. Pretty quiet for a 3 blade fan (the more blades you have the quieter they are). Remote is great. Powerful (in a good way). A little bit of a booger to install but well worth it for the price. Was skeptical about refurb fans but so far so good.

Bought a refurbished fan. Saved $100 so I'm very happy about that. Arrived a day early, happy about that. Description stated no visible signs of damage from 12". Had a huge azz dent in it you could see from 5' away. I hammered it out but wasn't overly excited about that. Still, I saved $100 so decided to live with it. Got it installed and turned it on. Worked fine except the part that spins with the fan blades attached was rubbing the stationary part directly beneath it. Made a lot of noise and wouldn't turn on the low setting. (Took the fan apart until I found the issue), inspected the plate that sits below the blades, it was warped. I tried reshaping, did an okay job with that, but still rubbed upon reassembly, made a lot of noise, and of course would eventually burn out the motor. Reshaped again and put 3M rubber feet between the two, fan works fine now but what a pain in the azz to get it going. It still has a visible dent in the housing that couldn't be hammered out all the way as it's in a crease. Overall, wasn't excited about the promise of inspection and minimal damage in the description, spent way too much time troubleshooting in hopes I would not have to disassemble the whole thing and return it, but I did save $100.

I like the modern look of this fan which replaced a nice but somewhat dated fixture, I purposely bought the 48 inch which is a bit smaller because I think the larger ones look overbearing in a room without vaulted ceilings. Surprisingly the three blades seem to move air better than my older five blade 54' fan. This was a nice bonus! The light fixture is adequately bright. I'm a grandma and installed this myself with very little difficulty. Pushing the wires and wire nuts up into the junction box is always a little tricky because the ground wire is very stiff.....normal for any fixture, so no big deal. I've only had this for a few weeks so I can't comment on longevity. The refurbished price is about 30% less than the new box store price. You can decide for yourself if that's a fair price or not.
