The wire striker is terrible on slate. I don't have a crystal or glass call, so it could be good on those though. The carbon and poly strikers are awesome though, especially the carbon. Easy to make all types of chirps, cuts, and clucks as well as purrs

I really like this 3 pack of strikers. I got it for the acrylic one but the other two are just as good. I would recommend this to friends and family.

used last spring and called in a gobbler for my wife using them. I did the aggressive yelps and clucks on my glass call two gobblers came in strutting well one of them didn't survive
