Covers head well when dealing with cold temps and wind to help me protect my core temps so head doesn't lose excessive body heat. Chin strap is adjustable to comfort and if wearing a scarf around neck.

Cheap nothing there. light. Was expecting to have something but it had no weight to it. Don't know how it fit because I never opened the bag.
