This is a good quality unit, however, the drop is not nearly enough for full size SUV typical receiver height. Husky does sell an adaptor with more drop which I'd recommend if you have a larger vehicle or a medium to low height trailer tongue.

Nice hitch, installed and works well on our 2014 ford Explorer towing a 21' Winnebago mini. Towed a few hundred miles this weekend on the shakedown cruise and there were no issues at all. Connects and breaks down easily. Good purchase!

Excellent quality..Very heavy duty steel. Instructions were easy. Every part needed was in the box. One person job to assemble..Parts are heavy but I know they are strong enough... Package arrived in days, beat up from shipment, like everyone else's.Unavoidable, its heavy. Levels my "Hemi Ram" to Keystone TT.its an easy hook up. Very happy with Amazon suppliers.

This product maybe less popular than others. Amazon was not able to ship as they had intended. I wish I had picked a different hitch.

I purchased this WD hitch in conjunction with a (so there was a total of 2 sway bars) for use with our 27' Coachmen travel trailer. The trailer has a 760lbs hitch weight unloaded, so almost 800 with propane and other what-nots loaded in the trailer. Hook up takes just a bit more time, but worth it - this setup makes the ride a lot smoother (not to mention safer). Excellent price compared to the competition and does the same job. You shouldn't be disappointed!

I reviewed a lot of websites before buying this hitch. This was the least expensive that I found with all the features I was looking for. I have never used a weight distribution hitch before; but, I knew what I wanted from the hitch. I wanted my towing vehicle to remain level as I pulled. There are several options for hitch height as well as adjustments for tongue weight; but, I followed the included instructions and got it right the first time. I have a 2011 Nissan Frontier with a towing capacity of 6500#. My travel trailer is a 24 foot with a max gross weight of 6150# (max tongue weight 500#). The Nissan owner's manual recommends a weight distribution hitch for this loading. I had pulled the trailer with a standard hitch before. The difference is amazing. With this hitch no one flashed their lights at me when pulling at night and rough roads seemed a lot smoother.Once the assembly was complete and initial adjustments made, it doesn't take more than an extra minute to hook up this hitch compared to a standard ball hitch.
