Why do my problems come in threes? So, heater fan motor in a 2009 Fusion SEL suddenly decided to only defrost (or anything else) on low. Thanks to as well-known video site I learned all I had to do was either stand on my head in the passenger floor (not done with a broken spine) or sit in the seat and pull the glove compartment sides inwards, push the bottom back and I'm looking at a resister flat to me with cooling fins hidden behind in the duct to cool the resister. Easy to replace. Just check the connectors for corrosion, use the included connector and the butt connectors if you need and you can bask in heat and a fog-clear windshield.

This is exactly what I needed for my 2011 Ford Fusion SEL. It installed easy and quicker than I thought it would. If you google or search how to install this first thing to do is remove the glovebox door. There is a lanyard on the right you have to detach then and two rubber stoppers one on each side you have to push in as you bring the door down to unhook it. Then you'll see right where this part goes and it's easy to get to.
