This is great, but to bite on it and suck. I have to bite almost two inches down on the mouth piece with my two front teeth really hard to get water out. Then the part that is in my mouth touches to far back and it gags me. Major thing the hard plastic mouth piece has to be bit down on so hard for water, feels like my two front teeth are going to break off. So could turn out to have to pay for expensive new teeth implants. Be careful. It should NOT be that hard to get water out. Am I doing it wrong?

Water doesn't stay cool long and hard to clean. Got for my daughter doing cross country and it ended in the trash.

I enjoyed the cheap price but that also means you get what you pay for. I love everything about the backpack, the only thing that could've made it better was adding holding straps for the tube or some sort of mechanics for that. Other than that 9/10 product

These are great! The best part is the size and ease of assembly& use - also, the screw cap is MUCH easier to get on and off, and the port is large enough to add ice cubes to. There is also a pouch within the pack to carry other items in. Five stars.

I just bought this last week. So far, so good. Work a job where I have to do long exterior inspections and I have to carry things so I really can't carry water bottles with me. I'm also touching chemicals so I can't exactly unscrew water bottle tops. So being able to have a backpack freeing up my arms and just kind of move the straw towards my mouth and not have to touch. The end piece with my icky gloves is important. I was getting super dehydrated on the job and could never get enough water from when I got back to my truck. This is helping. I've also been freezing the pouch about half full And then filling it up all the way in the morning. That's making my water icy cold and then it also creates a cool pack to sit on my back as I'm walking in the hot sun. The backpack is comfortable, relatively small and lightweight

My boyfriend throws sod. This is a life saver. Only complaint he has is it does get hot pretty quickly so he has to keep it in the cooler on and off.

The backpack is great but the water hose part where you drink from didnt work for me and after 2 days the pouch popped and all the water spilled out. Now i have to buy a whole new pouch.

I can truly say, this product is saving my life by keeping me hydrated outdoors. I put it in the freezer about an hour before heading outside to work and it last me a good hour give or take. I recommend to drink a couple Liquid IV or Gatorade BEFORE heading outdoors to keep you from passing out or worse and bring a cooler with waters too. I had heat stroke once before buying this product and learned my lesson. This product alone is not enough for the heat outside in our Southern Alabama Coast must use Liquid IV and/or Gatorade too. Water alone cannot give you all the minerals you loose when sweating. Today's weather here, high of 115 with the heat index. Watch out for signs of heat stroke, it can kill you!
