I purchase this directly from the Hydrorevolution website, but I love it so much I needed to write a review here! This thing is harder than it looks. I'm a fit woman in my 40's, and I bought this for rotational/core training thinking it would be easy but maybe something I could add to my Fluid Running Shallow Water runs. But OMG! This thing is exceptional. It's incredibly well made, and it's HARD to use. I created a routine that would serve to enhance/stregthen my pickleball game, so I do swings, rotation work, "kayaks", and wrist strengtheners, and other impromptu moves in the pool. What a workout! In my first few workouts I've used the "easy" green attache, and don't be fooled. The density of pool water makes the drag resistance intense, and I hit muscles that I've neglected in other HIIT trainings on land. Absolutely love this thing, and you can tell the quality is top-notch. Great company, wonderful workout tool. The price is worth it.
