My 3rd brake light went out on my 2019 Ram 1500 5th Gen and I wanted to get rid of the incandescent bulbs. These were prefect. Improved the light output vastly. The color for the bed light is a nice white, while the 3rd brake light is red. I've had these installed for only about 2 or 3 weeks now, so not sure how durable or how long they'll last. So far so good. Would recommend.

At 13.0 volts DC, the incandescent lamp drew 1.5 amps on the bench.These LEDs at the same voltage draw 115 mA (.115 amps).You can see from the inset photos on a Sunny Texas day, that the brake lamp is freaky uniform light distribution for being a funny shaped LED lamp.* Other reviews confusion over white or red - the white ones seem yellow (like the flashlights). Also these are not polarized; You can install them either way like the incandescent.* Given the extremely low current needs of these, in addition to how bright they are (IMO about the same as the one it replaced), and the quality construction I observed under a stereo microscope, these will surely be a great value, and not drain your battery Ever.* Known seal defect with the Chevy cargo light is the seal. Please add a bead of RTV to the outer parameter of the gasket (inside the lens, and clean the contact area on the cab) before reinstalling the lens assembly.

Overall these are a great replacement for the ugly yellow halogen bulbs. Install is super easy. My only issue is after some research, I've come to find out that some LED bulbs interfere with the vehicle key fob making your vehicle not detect the key fob in the vehicle. This issue hasn't been a deal breaker for me, I just take the key fob out of my pocket and place it in the center console tray.

Installed these on my 2019 Chevy Colorado to replace the cargo area lamps and the hi-mount brake light. Installation was smooth enough - two screws (T20 torx) and the housing comes loose... unplug the wiring harness (easy), replace the OEM bulbs with these babies, and reinstall. While I was in there I used a bit of Aero 303 protectant on the closed-cell foam gasket that keep out moisture - an added bonus. These are much brighter than OEM, fitment was tight, and I'm a happy camper with the better visibility offered by these. Buy with confidence. No stars given for longevity as the install is still fresh.

Easy install but the bulbs are not as snug in the outlet as the factory incandescent bulbs are. I used some silicone to seal the leds into the outlets otherwise, i think they could eventually vibrate loose. They do appear to be brighter than the factory bulbs. I have not evaluated them in a diminished light setting so I may update my review in time.

Purchased these for my 2014 ram. Shipping was quick and packaging was so so. Small static proof envelope with bulbs loose inside.Install was a breeze however they are giving my truck a error code.Currently in contact with seller to see of a fix is available or these will have to go back.They however are SUPER BRIGHT so I hope we can work this out.

Yes, these iBrightstar Newest LED lights work on our 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 MegaCab 4x4 Dually, for the third brake light & cargo bed lights on the back of the cab above the rear slider window. Just OEM PLUG & PLAY right out of the package, No B.S., no additional attachments, no extra Canbus, no extra Resistors, no extra anything. The red LED is Bright & the clear cargo bed LED’s are very daylight white bright. I cannot comment on longevity since I just installed them this month, I’d be lying to ya, but if anything goes wrong I will let you know. I will let you know this also, All Phinlion name brand LED lights will work & work good on our 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 MegaCab 4x4 Dually. God Bless You All!
