This LUMUSO portable ice bathtub is perfect for hot or cold therapy post-workout. I was a little hesitant when I first ordered this product, but I was quickly impressed with how sturdy and large it is.It was easy to put together, and the design is solid, with steel supports surrounding the tub. The lid is thick and velcros down to keep the water clean and insulated. And there are two drains for easy drainage.Overall, this is a great tub to add to any household that could benefit from cold or hot water therapy.

Solid construction, really well built. I've yet to fill it with ice/water but I've put it together and its robust. I'm 6'2 and its a bit on the smaller side, the walls are tall enough that I can fit my whole body in with my knees bent, good enough for a plunge, not that I'll plan on hanging out in this long term, but if you don't need portability, something with slightly mroe capacity might be a more comfortable fit. The insulating lid is great to leave it setup for extended periods/regular use, but is compact enough that it seems better focused toward portability.

This LUMUSO Ice Bath Tub is exactly what I needed for post-workout recovery! The oval design is spacious yet compact, making it easy to set up at home or take on the go. The included cover helps maintain water temperature, and the storage bag is a nice bonus. It’s sturdy, well-insulated, and perfect for both cold plunges and hot water therapy. Should the latter be true, the included lid does a good job keeping the water clear of environmental debris. This keeps the pool clean between uses.The materials used to create this portable bath are suitable for both ice baths, as well as, hot baths. This is great for both ends of the temperature spectrums. This tub would be also great in the summer to beat the heat, just sayin'.Construction wise, this bath is quite well made and from a mixture of PVC and steel parts. The lid is secure and this is good for keeping the lid on the bath, while keeping things out of the pool. It seems safer.This can be easily used outdoors, but it will also work indoors. Be mindful of draining this product. The spigot needs to be accessible to a drain or similar. So, plan well.I love the construction and I am looking forward to using this outdoors when the weather improves. The construction of this tub will allow for setup wherever you have a hose to fill it up. I am thinking having it setup in the yard and use it as a cold tub and cool tub in the summer. It is well insulated.All in all, ice baths are not for everyone, but it can also be used with heat. The temperature rating is up to 212℉ or 100℃, which is boiling point. That may be a little too hot, unless you are making yourself into a soup. However, it can be made hot to suit your needs. Heat is equally beneficial to the body for recovery as ice therapy is. I really like the size of this tub, it is not too deep and it is not too long. The ring on the top is inflatable and it quite comfy on the neck. The included water cushion is a good add-in. The weight of the water keeps it submerged and it is easy on the tailbone when you are sitting on it.Recommended based on quality and size, ease of use, and indoor/outdoor use cases.In the event that experiences change or evolve, updates may be made to this review to address such developments.

Easy to install, easy to move around while empty, keeps the temperature well... since the lid is not to be used while inside, but it handles weight and movement very well. Size is good enough for adult and materials look durable.

When i got the box i couldnt believe the item was inside. Its packed very tight and secure, very sturdy and spacious.
