Firstly, It doesn't come with any manual, of anything like that for this. So you'll want to come back here if you have questions. But it's also super easy to figure out, so really you don't need it.Once you have it set up, and coffee ready to go, figured out your drop per second, it's easy as 1-2-3.Definitely recommend using ice and water, taste better in my opinion, anx quicker brew. I use 20 grams water to 300 grams ice/water, and it was about 3-4 hours brew time.Great first time slow dripper, perfect for if you want to be "that guy" and have it in the office, great for college kids too.
