Direct and easy installation, works like the original unit. NOTE: This does not have a gasket. I easily made one from heat resistant rubber.

Fit perfect!!! We bought one at Leslie’s Pool Supply, it was 4X the cost and didn’t fit! Thank goodness we found this one! Came really fast and viola! We could hear our pool and spa up. Thank you!

Worked great. The only thing I can warn is that it doesn't come with a gasket like the original. I simply took time scraped off the old gasket used adhesive and applied to the new. Took a little extra time but I feel like they should include a gasket. Otherwise product has been working without flaw for weeks.

To whom it may concern: The above bezel keypad assembly replacement for the Hayward IDXL28KP1930 pool heater did not have a gasket included in my order/shipment. The gasket attached to the original device was old and could not be used again. The new unit appear to be perfect, but I don't want to complete the unit exchange without a gasket. If a gasket should have included with my order, would it be possible for your company to ship it to my home at your earliest convenience.
