This is nice high quality general purpose cord where you need strength. It worked good for lashing camp items and you get a lot of it so it lasts a while. It is easy to work with and nice small diameter. I really like this line.

This cord is impressively strong and well-made, but it's important to clarify that it’s not true paracord. Traditional paracord consists of an inner core of multiple smaller ropes covered by a protective sheath, but this product is a woven rope without an inner core or outer sheath. While this design makes it thinner and more compact for storage, it also means it’s less durable and prone to fraying if nicked. You’ll need to cauterize the ends after cutting to prevent unraveling. Despite that, it holds up well under tension and is easy to work with, but it can dig into your hands when pulled tight due to its thin diameter. The seller should update the product description to avoid confusion. Overall, it’s a solid small rope with good strength—just not paracord.

My husband was very impressed by the quality and strength of this rope! It’s well made and can be used for a variety of projects requiring sturdy, heavy duty rope that has a strong tensile strength. It has very little stretch and is a great price for almost 200’. The bright green color is great as well. It can definitely be seen when using for guy wires or tie downs with stakes. Very happy to have this to add to our gear and will recommend!

Really strong and well made. This is a nice size roll but very lightweight which is great for having in the camping/backpacking gear.

This is not paracord as advertised in the main product banner. Every paracord product that I have ever purchased/used consists of a line of rope that is made of a certain number of smaller ropes that are threaded together and covered in a durable sheath. This product is a small rope, more like twine, that is made of a bunch of fibers that are woven together. See that attached photo of traditional paracord on the left and this product on the right. Notice the inner core of the paracord which has numerous internal rope lines. This product is clearly just many fibers woven together. I don't like the inaccurate description. It sets an expectation that this is paracord when it is not.Pros: That being said, this product seems to be very strong. It is also much thinner than the paracord so it takes up a lot less space for storage. It does fray when cut, so you need to cauterize the ends just like paracord.Cons: This line is thin, too thin. If you try and use it under tension without gloves it hurts your hands because it digs in. Also, as I mentioned already, it lacks any outer protective sheath like paracord, so if you nick this product it starts to unravel and fray...unlike paracord where the protective sheath insulates the inner cords. This product just doesn't have the durability that paracord does due to this fact.As a small rope this product has merits, but it is advertised as paracord, I expected paracord when I ordered it, and I have reviewed it compared to what paracord should be. The seller needs to update the product description to clarify what the product actually is.

IMAGE Kevlar Cord is similar to Samson Zing-It! and Lash-It! at about half the price. It's thin and strong. I find countless uses for it around the ol' homestead where I need strength without bulk. It's also low stretch and spliceable.

I'm a frequent user of standard Paracord for several purposes. When ordering this product, I frankly assumed I'd be getting more of the same. However, it's quite a bit thinner and lighter than what I'm used to. It's still rated at 660lbs though, which is more than I need and from my recollection anyway, higher than what I'm used to. I think its a great value over the traditional Paracord due to the reduction in size and weight. I'll have to see if it holds up as well long term.
