Absolutely top quality pan, keep in mind people that this is more like a cast iron than not. It’s a lot lighter which is great, but some of the reviews are treating it like it’s a teflon pan. For $100 it is not some cheap teflon pan for the record.Amazing quality once again and we have had it a few months and 0 complaints, just make sure you SEASON it regularly, treat it more like a CAST Iron

I'm just an average mom who made a point to come to Amazon to make sure I left a review for this amazing pan. My husband is the cook - and I bought him this pan for our our 'iron' anniversary - but just now, after doing the dishes for the 100th time after he has cooked an amazing blackened steak dinner I said 'I'm not sure if this pan was for you and for me' because the pan cleans almost completely with the pressure from the faucet. If you are reading reviews wondering if this is worth the (moderate) investment - let me tell you IT IS. This pan goes from frying to oven and cooks perfectly, then washes up effortlessly. We have used it almost every night and it is exactly as great as it was when we first used it. Highest praise possible.

These are the best pans!!I love them both different sizes. They cook evenly delicate eggs to steaks. Really easy cleanup. Heat is distributed evenly.

This pan is like no other pan. The weight and quality is obvious as soon as you hold it. Beyond that, the heat is equally dispersed over the entire pan and nothing sticks to this surface. The company stands behind their product and their customer service is top notch. I can't say enough good things about this purchase. I highly recommend this pan and this company!

Excellent pan! wow I never realized what I was missing cooking my eggs with this. I use PAM spray on it and non stick and trying to raise my iron levels hoping it helps as I am deficient. My eggs taste amazing so happy I bought this pan

I bought these to replace the Rock frying pans. I'm so glad l did. They might be a bit heavier, but they don't stick, a light wash and they are ready to go. They are expensive but worth every dime. I recommend them. Get them if you can.

So now that I have this pan, I no longer begrudge cooking. It cooks so evenly and is non stick and easy to clean. I love the textured surface that keeps the food from sticking. I've used it for stir fry, meat for tacos, eggs over medium, omletes, sautéing vegetables, searing a potroast. It would work for anything beautifully that you want to cook in the skillet. I have noticed that it does cooker hotter than my old aluminum pan. Heat distribution is better so im using a little lower heat in this pan which is good since it uses less energy. I won't be putting this in the dishwasher because I don't do that with my pots and pans I feel like hand washing them helps them last a lot longer. If you want to put in dishwasher it is pretty large, just be aware of that and it might rust. It is super easy to clean because of the nonstick feature and so it's not a big deal. Clean it ,dry it and put away. I leave mine on the stove top since I use it daily. I doubt you'll regret if you buy this, especially if you cook at home a lot.

I've been searching for years for a good pan to make eggs, steaks and general purpose frying. I've tried copper pans, "diamond" infused pans, ceramic coated pans, and always got the same result - sticking and difficult cleaning. I've done research on the "Hexclad" line of pans, but they seem waaaaay too pricey. $160 for a frying pan? No thank you. So I came across this pan, and the reviews seemed favorable. The original price is supposedly $100, but got it on sale for $59. I was skeptical and had low expectations, but when I used it, it blew me away. Eggs did NOT stick. Steak cooked beautifully with great crust with minimal oil. Vegetables cooked perfectly. Then after the pan cools, all you have to do is wipe it with a paper towel and you're good to go for the next meal. I think the key is to follow the instructions to "season" the pan before using it for the first time. Put some high temperature oil (like any vegetable oil, but NOT olive oil) in the pan and put on low heat. Then evenly spread the oil over the whole pan while it's on low heat with a paper towel. In this way it is similar to a cast iron pan in the way you have to season the surface. However this pan is a fusion of cast iron and traditional non-stick pans, and thus has the best features of both. It is a bit heavier than traditional non-stick pans, but not as heavy as cast iron. After several meals prepared in this pan, it seems to be well built and sturdy and will be able to be used for a long time in the future. If you're looking for a great non-stick pan, your search is over. Get this pan especially if you see it on sale. You won't regret it.

I wasn’t sure when I purchased this 12” non-stick iron pan if it would be worth it, as it doesn’t come with any guarantee. But I’m glad I took a chance, it really works beautifully for frying and sautéing. I love the non-stick durable surface and the beautiful char it gives to my meats. I’m quite impressed. I don’t need another one but if they ever make a 14” wok I would be interested as my current wok is not non-stick.

I bought the Imarku pan in July of 2024. Initially, loving the ease of cleaning, so much so, I bought my sister the same pan. AND I bought the smaller version just recently. However, now in October of 2024 I see tiny spots that the coating is coming off and apparently, I'm ingesting this coating with whatever I cook. Yikes!! I'm very disappointed, we spent $119 on this pan thinking it was a good quality item. It is not, in such a sort time for this to fall apart is unacceptable. I was cautious and did not use metal utensils. I also washed the pan with a soft sponge so as not to scratch the surface. Very disappointed. Can I get my money back?

I've only had this pan for a few months. Thus far, it's the best pan I've ever owned. Period. Easy to clean? Easiest ever. Nothing sticks. Ever. I wash it with a bit of soap and paper towels in 1 minute. So what I'll do is address the weaknesses that might bother some people. It is HEAVY. Not a big deal for me, but it's too heavy for my 84-year-old mom. While the heat distribution is good, it's not as good as I'd like - especially in a pan this large. However, it hasn't been a major issue thus far. I sometimes need to rotate food into the middle and I do notice having to move grilled cheese sandwiches or tortillas around a bit to get even cooking.Did I mention how easy it is to clean? Yeah? Well it's easy to clean. And the best non-stick I've used. I love it.
