Tweezers are a great fine motor activity for kids. You can use them in all kinds of ways, so I was looking forward to giving this variety pack a spin with my eldest. They really like them! I think the tweezers being metal makes them feel more "real", which, for my kid, is way more interesting. The little cartoon animals on them are cute, but unnecessary. I knocked one of the stars off because the tweezers lay all the way flat, which also makes them a little difficult to use, especially on particularly small objects like rice or fuse beads.

I almost cancelled my order for these because I later noticed that the product description states they're plastic tweezers, but I decided to go ahead with the order as I can always use tweezers for something. They arrived and to my surprise, there were 4 plastic ones, and the rest (16) were metal, possibly some type of aluminum. Either way, they're super cute! I love them. They will work perfectly for crafts, when I need to work with gems, or beads, and they're equally as useful for little things I do all around the home. They are smaller than your standard utility type tweezers but I'm totally ok with it, and I will probably gift some to my nieces and nephews to use for their crafting. I definitely appreciate the fact that there are silicone covers for most of them (not the plastic ones) for extra protection too!

I received a set of 20 well made, cute, crafting tweezers. 4 are plastic, with a wider "spring"; the rest are lightweight but sturdy metal with animal designs to add to the fun. A variety of angles to the tips, all have a protective replaceable sheath. Plenty for everyone at the craft table, and affordable. They come in a resealable plastic bag; I transferred ours to a bin that lets kids better see/choose their favorites -- and return them to, for safe-keeping. Nothing not to recommend :) Of course, use with supervision for younger Crafters.

Honestly, you really can't go wrong to get 20 assorted kids' tweezers at $13.95. The prints on the metal tweezers are adorable and the rounded edges makes it hard to injure yourself. These are great for sharing and for small crafts. They are lightweight, so if you need to use more force (like separating backing off an extremely sticky jelly glue tab for press on nails), you'll need to use a sturdier pair of tweezers as these do have a little more give. But they are otherwise excellent for picking up small objects like beads.
