Usage Instructions
5.1 Usage Guidelines
Because of the strong van der Waals forces and π-π interactions, graphene sheets easily attract each other, leading to agglomeration. To improve the dispersion of graphene, both physical and chemical methods can be employed. Physical methods, such as ultrasonic treatment, utilize high-frequency vibrations generated by ultrasound to overcome the attractive forces between graphene sheets to a certain extent, allowing them to disperse. Chemical methods primarily involve surface modification of graphene, for example, using surfactants. These surfactant molecules can adsorb onto the graphene surface, generating steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion to prevent the graphene sheets from reagglomerating. It is recommended to use a dispersant during application, with the surfactant (dispersant) addition ranging from 1-5% of the total solution's mass. If unsure about the system type, consult the sales engineer.
5.2 Precautions
5.2.1Graphene dust particles are small and easily inhaled into the human body. Therefore, in work environments with graphene dust, a good ventilation system should be used to reduce the concentration of graphene dust in the air.
5.2.2Graphene exhibits excellent thermal conductivity at high temperatures, so it is important to avoid direct contact with its hot surface to prevent burns.
5.3 Product Advantages
5.3.1 Product Features:
This graphene is prepared through ultrasonic exfoliation of a liquid-phase method, resulting in a product with a complete structure and few defects. It possesses the following features:
Excellent Conductivity: Graphene possesses highly mobile electrons within its π-bonds, resulting in low resistivity and superior electrical conductivity.
High Strength and Toughness: Graphene is among the strongest materials known, coupled with good toughness, making it an exceptional material for various applications.
Excellent Thermal Conductivity: Pure, defect-free single-layer graphene exhibits the highest thermal conductivity among carbon materials, making it an ideal candidate for thermal management applications.
Chemical Stability: The structure of graphene is extremely stable, with flexible connections between carbon atoms. This results in good stability at room temperature, making it resistant to degradation under various chemical conditions.
5.3.2 Recommended Application Areas:
Compared to XFQ022, this product (XFQ027) exhibits smaller particle size and enhanced dispersibility. It is recommended for use in the following fields:
Conductive Applications: Conductive inks can be used in printed electronics, such as for printing circuit boards, electronic tags, and smart packaging.
Thermal Conductivity and Heat Dissipation Applications: Graphene heat dissipation materials can be applied to radiators and circuit boards in electronic control systems to enhance heat dissipation.
Anticorrosion Applications: Graphene can effectively prevent corrosive substances from contacting metals, providing excellent corrosion resistance. For example, coating copper surfaces with graphene can restrict the interfacial diffusion of corrosive molecules, mitigate galvanic corrosion, and achieve efficient corrosion protection for copper surfaces.
5.4 Storage Conditions
Keep dry and sealed at room temperature. Avoid light. Expiry date: One year.

COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Jiangsu XFNANO Materials Tech Co.,Ltd ( XFNANO) was founded in 2009, which is the earliest graphene enterprise registered in the world, mainly focusing on the R&D and manufacture of graphene, carbon nanotubes, molecular sieves, we dedicate to be one of the best graphene supplier in the nanomaterial fields. XFNANO have an excellent technical team which formed by around 10 doctors and some masters, and we have a very close relationship with the national university laboratory in America, Singapore and some other famous lab in China. In 2016, XFNANO had invested 50 million yuan established the "Jiangsu XFNANO Materials Tech Co.,Ltd" in the state-level Jiangbei New District, Nanjing Pukou Development Zone, construction area of nearly 4,000 square feet, formed the advanced manufacture and technical service center from the whole process of operation, research and development, pilot until production. We can supply 50 tons/year graphene powders and 1000 tons/year graphene dispersion in 2017.
