Other than the bolts that come with the the spacer being 1/2 inch too short. It seems to do what was intended. I have a noticeable increase in performance.

Fits and works good on a 2005 Lincoln Towncar. Some parts are not needed. And as mention in other reviews the screws are not long enough to go through the throttle body and the spacer for mounting.

The spacer fits fine only issue is have fun trying to have the gaskets and o rings fit lol but also the bolts to hold it ain't Long enough so I had to go to the hardware store and get ones that did other then that it did help woth hp and torque

For 2006 Lincoln I had to purchase longer screws at the hardware store. I assume for all applications this will be the same, it only came with screws the same size as original.
