Such a "play" on words.A true infant car seat holds a true infant up to either 30 or 35 pounds (mostly)Or we can talk a convertible rear/front facing car seat that could technically hold an infant.YES this is an insert that will fit in either type of car seat.BUT - for a true infant that does not yet have head/neck support, you should get an insert with MORE neck support.Babies until 4-5 months have NO neck/head support, and in a car seat, I would want a rounded head support.this is ok for a stroller or car seat ONCE baby has head support.I went to the seller website, and see this listed under stroller accessory.I would have given 5-stars IF this had been titled a stroller accessorybut, since the first few words of the title called it an infant car seat, I had to deduct.I agree, this is a good option for a high chair. In fact, I purchased a used high chair that had zero padding and I added something similar to this.I got this to put inside a baby swing that is already tilted to support the head.I needed something to take up space in the swing for the infant.

Very comfortable and was very easy to wash and dry with my other baby clothes. Fits my graco stroller very well too.

This fabric is soft, washable, and has padding (not super thick). Stitching is well done and I love the serene, gray leaf print. It fits in the high chair, rocker, stroller, you name it. Easy to move around and use freely wherever it's needed. It's comfortable for the littles and convenient for the adults to deal with, what's not to love? Highly recommend.

I ordered this Lat Lee and Town Infant Car Seat Insert for my niece’s baby stroller - or for her to use in all the ways a simple pad can help. This pad can help prevent soiling seats and beds , so it’s helpful to have several. This one also is especially nice for the stroller or car seat because of its breathability. The pattern is lovely. I like that they provided many “slip holes” to easily secure straps through it.

This padded car seat insert is wonderful. It is well made with quality materials. The cotton fabric is so soft and comfortable, the pattern so pretty. It is very versatile. I can use it in a car seat, bouncy seat, or high chair. Pretty much any where I want a little extra cushion. It’s also easy to wash so stays looking good. I’m very happy with it.

I absolutely love this Infant Car Seat Insert! It has made our stroller rides so much more comfortable for our new grandbaby. The 100% cotton fabric is super soft, cozy, and breathable, keeping her nice and comfortable during walks.What I really appreciate is how versatile this cushion is. It fits perfectly in our stroller, but it’s also great for high chairs, safety seats, and dining chairs.
