Love the ease of set up, cleaning, stowing back in bag & use. It took me a few trials of use to figure out which # setting worked best for me. The addition of the silver wraps is nice but not sure I noticed much of an increase in sweating. Definitely a lower cost alternative than going to a spa for a sauna use. I can lay on my bed & Netflix while I'm sweating away. Great relaxation before bed. Purchased for general health, lymphatic drainage, stress relief, increasing metabolism.

This sauna blanket is very easy to use. Just plug it in and bundle up. It heats up in 5 minutes. I am 51 years young, 5’6 and 152lbs. There is plenty of extra room for a taller and larger person (my husband) to use it as well. I use it at 170 degrees, for 50 minutes, 3x per week. I wear a sports bra, running shorts and socks. I use it to relax my sore muscles, release toxins, and sweat out water weight. This also helps keep me from having hot flashes and night sweats, when used regularly. Very nice color (deep black), great build quality. Highly recommend.
