This is exactly what I've been looking for. Dont exactly have the funds or time to build a real wooden sauna so got this one for the meantime. Was super sceptical on how it would be and it did not disappoint. Used it multiple times now, it's quite big and I fit perfectly being 6'2". Very easy to setup only took me 5 min. Comes with extra frame connectors which is awesome, didn't end up using any spares. Gets hot fast which is great when I don't have much time and gets hot enough to make me drip and feel the effects of a sauna. On the first run, make sure you start it and air it out with the window open to get rid of the new factory smell. Highly recommended, it's awesome and I would buy again as it's a low barrier to entryOne thing to note: I messed up and set it up in my livingroom thinking I can move it into a spare room but it won't fit in the doorway so assemble it where you plan on using it!

The sauna package is light weight and highly collapsed. It saves room in our house and easy to set up. It also uses electric and safer than coals. It is green, efficient and convenient. We love this sauna room.

I AM SO DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS PURCHASE.IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING AS IT IS NOT INFRARED. ITS A CHEAP HOT BOX THAT DOES NOT HOLD HEAT.I WAS AWAY WHEN IT ARRIVED AND IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO SET IT UP BEFORE I REALIZED MY RETURN WINDOW WAS CLOSED.WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. UPDATE 11/8/24 - Changing my rating to 5 stars. This sauna has been a true blessing. While I wish it had some insulation, I must say it really is a great product. I love how easy and fast it is to set up. I love that it gets hot and I am able to have some great sweating sessions. Exactly what I needed and totally affordable. I had to come back and update my review considering how much I use the sauna and have been getting such tremendous value out of it.ORIGINAL REVIEW — I will admit I was skeptical about this product. So I am surprised that I like it. I have used it three times now and I’ve had a very good experience. It got hot very fast although it doesn’t go over 149 degrees. Assembly was very easy. The chair included is total trash. Small and definitely not for an adult body. The unit itself is small as well. I’m around 5’1” and can barely stand up inside. I like the idea of the foot pad but I’ve optednot to use it my last two sauna sessions. Overall it’s a decent infrared sauna tent. I think they can improve the product. But for the price I am fairly content. Note: there is no insulation but if you want to get your sweat on it will do the job.

Overall, it gets hot, I sweat, I come out feeling better. Love the foot warmer! But there are a couple of things to note:-- I was a bit surprised by the size of the sauna. Was expecting to be able to stand up in it. After researching similar products it seems that they don't get much taller and it is very tight inside.-- The seat provided with the sauna belongs in a kindergarten class. it barely sits a foot off the ground. I purchased a larger folding chair so that I can sit comfortably in the sauna.It would be nice if someone designed a taller and wider infared sauna, something comparable to the size of the steam saunas. I would buy that immediately!

I recently purchased the Portable Steam Sauna and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. Perception of the overall experience using it - it truly delivers on the comfort promise of a rejuvenating steam bath in the comfort of your home. Setting up the sauna room room was a breeze; the instructions were clear and it was done quickly. Steam is produced efficiently and relaxes out of a relaxing environment. After 20 minutes in the sauna, I immediately felt relaxed and my convulsions were relieved!

It's definitely the sweatbox I wanted; but uncomfortable to sit in. The chair is child sized, so I just sit on the ground. I'm 5'0", 115 lbs, & it feels small to me. Definitely only made for a small person. It's also hard to relax, since the back wall becomes too hot to lean against. It was very easy & quick to assemble though.

I'm pleasantly surprised so far. Got it set up quickly, instructions were straight forward, turned on easily, heated up nicely! I'm 6'0" 215 lbs and there was plenty of space inside for me. I wouldn't be able to stand up, but sitting is comfortable, even in the provided chair. I stayed in for about 30 and the heat kept extremely well. I'm pleased - it's great for tight space and an inexpensive alternative to a full sized, wooden dry sauna.
