This G 300 is a little bulky compared to the traditional F-LITE (approx. 10.6 oz (300 g): a 10.6 inch (27 cm) weight per shoe), but this all-around training model can be worn for both speed training and power training in the gym. The stabilizer (fixed board) equipped with a graphene inside the midsole maintains stability during weightlifting training under heavy loads, and provides cushioning and stability even on treadmills and power machines training.

Shoe runs small and narrow. Normally I am an 11 but opted for 11.5 and feels snug. Shoes looks great otherwise.

First, shoe buying is the bane of my existence, if they don't fit well, I've got problems.... Out of the box (pics above) frayed threads, the base of the shoe (yellow part) is crooked & already the tips of where it is glued on is starting to come loose. I was starting to wonder if they were irregulars. These are not cheap shoes $125-145/pair, but I guess these were less because of color, different combo, but I liked it.Shoes run a tad large with wide toe box. The only thing that toe box is short, bunching up my toes. Because the R foot is almost 1/2 side larger than L foot, a larger size is not an option for me.Because of the way the heel box is sewn down, after a week or so, it may come loose/badly frayed. Comfort: Short toe box keeps them from being comfortable.. Support: Heel is good, but the ball of the foot is hard (to me) & I was unable to get a support insole in because of the narrow heel.I really wanted to love these shoes..

I have tried for months to find a shoe that can double as an intense lifting shoe, but also a casual shoe to wear around town. I had tried Metcons, Nikes, and Project Rock - but I put on these shoes and audibly said holy (cow) because they were so comfortable. If you just haven't found the "right" shoe yet, recommend to start here.

Great product the shoe is very supportive and has a wide foot base so the feet can spread out. This is one of the better shoes that you can do just about anything from running to lifting in. I would recommend it to anyone.

Throw on your 60lbs pack and get rucking. These shows are lightweight and have the appropriate amount of cushioning to help you absorb the stronger impacts while rucking.
